Maple Mustard Chicken

Instructions

  1. Prep the marinade: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, place on the baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Let it rest: Allow chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
