Pumpkin Cherry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A delightful autumn dessert that combines pumpkin cheesecake and cherry pie filling in a simple dump cake format.

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Layer the pumpkin puree evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Add the cherry pie filling over the pumpkin layer.
  5. Whisk together the cream cheese with a splash of vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Dollop the cream cheese mixture across the cherry layer.
  7. Add the dry cake mix evenly on top without stirring.
  8. Melt the butter and pour it over the cake mix.
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
