Easy Peach Cobbler

A simple and comforting peach cobbler recipe that evokes sweet memories of summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk in the milk and melted butter until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Add the drained peaches evenly over the batter.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle additional sugar on top of the peaches if desired.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
