  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer without stirring.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix evenly and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
