Radish Walnut Tzatziki

A refreshing twist on the classic Greek dip, featuring crunchy radishes and walnuts mixed in creamy yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup radishes, grated
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grate the radishes. Use a box grater or food processor to finely shred them.
  2. Toast the walnuts. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast walnuts for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Combine the grated radishes, toasted walnuts, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in the yogurt until all ingredients are well mixed and cohesive.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill or mint and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with pita chips, veggies, or grilled meats and enjoy!

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time, as the flavors improve with resting. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
