Red White & Blue Mixed Berry Yum Yum

A delightful dessert featuring layers of creaminess and fresh berries, perfect for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of milk (optional for adjustments)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter.
  2. Spread the graham cracker mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar gradually.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until just combined.
  5. Spread half the cream mixture over the crust, layer with strawberries and blueberries, then add remaining cream mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use non-dairy cream cheese and whipped topping.
