15 Minute Easy Shrimp Tacos

Quick and delightful shrimp tacos made in just 15 minutes, perfect for any hungry crowd.

  • 1 pound raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 9 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp by rinsing under cold water and patting dry.
  2. Season the shrimp with taco seasoning and toss to coat.
  3. Cook the shrimp in a heated non-stick skillet with olive oil for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Prepare the coleslaw by mixing the coleslaw mix with yogurt and lime juice.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas over an open flame or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by spooning shrimp onto each tortilla and topping with coleslaw.
  7. Drizzle lime juice over the tacos if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Tacos taste best fresh. You can customize with additional toppings like cilantro or lime wedges.
