Honey Lime Fruit Salad

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad brightened with honey and lime, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green grapes (halved if large)
  • 2 cups strawberries (quartered or sliced)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • Zest of 1 lime (about 2 teaspoons)
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 Tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits by washing them gently under cold running water and drying them well.
  2. Grapes: Halve large green grapes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Strawberries: Hull and slice or quarter strawberries, adding them to the bowl.
  4. Blueberries: Toss in blueberries whole.
  5. Prepare the dressing by whisking honey, lime juice, and lime zest in a separate bowl until combined.
  6. Combine: Pour the dressing over mixed fruits and gently fold together.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
