Refreshing Watermelon, Cucumber, and Feta Salad

  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing all your produce thoroughly.
  2. Carefully slice the watermelon in half, and then into quarters to make cubing easier.
  3. Dice it into about half-inch pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon and diced cucumber.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese over the watermelon and cucumber mix.
  6. Then, add the chopped mint leaves.
  7. Squeeze the juice of one fresh lime over the salad.
  8. Finally, sprinkle salt and pepper over your creation.
  9. For the ultimate refreshing experience, let the salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Notes
