Watermelon Sorbet

A refreshing watermelon sorbet that’s perfect for summer days, bursting with the sweet flavor of ripe watermelon and a hint of lime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into cubes and measuring four cups. Set aside.
  2. Blend the cubed watermelon, lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), and water until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture in a shallow dish in the freezer for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Scoop the sorbet, fluff it up with a fork, and serve in chilled bowls with garnishes.

Notes

For added flavor, try mint leaves, berries, or coconut milk variations. If the sorbet is too hard, let it sit out for a few minutes to soften.
