Nectarine Frozen Yogurt

A creamy and refreshing dessert made with ripe nectarines and Greek yogurt, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prep the nectarines by washing them, slicing them open, removing the pit, and chopping into pieces.
  2. Blend the chopped nectarines and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  3. Combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in the blender. Blend until creamy.
  4. Chill the mixture in a bowl or lidded container, covering it with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve and enjoy the frozen yogurt in a chilled bowl or cone.
