  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Press the crust mixture into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until light and creamy.
  6. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  7. Fold in the chopped apples gently.
  8. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce once cool.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.

Notes

For a nutty twist, add finely chopped nuts to the crust. You can also try different fruits or a chocolate drizzle for variations.
