  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache (optional)
  • Additional Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your dish by greasing an 8×8-inch baking dish or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Create the crust by crushing 12 Fireworks Oreos in a food processor and mixing with melted butter.
  3. Make the filling by blending softened cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Mix in 4 or 5 chopped Fireworks Oreos.
  6. Assemble the dessert by spooning the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Chill the bars covered with plastic wrap for at least 4 hours.
