Star Spangled Cheesecake Dip

A festive and colorful cheesecake dip that’s perfect for summer gatherings, loaded with layers of delicious cream cheese and vibrant berries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Fresh fruit, crackers, or cookies for serving

Instructions

  1. Start by grabbing your softened cream cheese and placing it in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy—around 2 to 3 minutes should do the trick!
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk while mixing on low speed until smooth. Once thoroughly mixed, add in the vanilla extract.
  3. Create half of the cheesecake mixture and spread it evenly in the bottom of a medium-sized serving bowl.
  4. Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cheesecake base, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle fresh blueberries on top of the blueberry layer.
  6. Take the remaining cheesecake mixture and spread it over the blueberries.
  7. Spoon the strawberry pie filling over the top and spread it gently.
  8. Top with diced fresh strawberries, placing them strategically for decoration.
  9. Pop your creation into the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour to chill.
  10. When ready to serve, arrange your fresh fruit, crackers, or cookies around the bowl.
