  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by chopping and readying everything for quick cooking.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate the broccoli and bell pepper, stirring for 2-3 minutes before adding zucchini.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and toss everything together to mix flavors.
  6. Finish cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes to coat evenly.
  7. Plate the stir fry and serve with optional sesame seeds or green onions.
