Deliciously crispy cauliflower bites coated in Parmesan and breadcrumbs, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping
  • Ranch or garlic yogurt dip, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut your cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring uniformity for even cooking.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until well combined.
  4. Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in another bowl.
  5. Dip each floret into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Drizzle the coated florets with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce and ranch dip, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
