Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake

A creamy and comforting Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake that’s perfect for cozy family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or Parmesan)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Toss in the broccoli and stir for 3-4 minutes until bright green. Add the cooked chicken, mixing everything well. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine your cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle one cup of shredded cheese on top.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. For an extra crispy top, broil for 2-3 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with parsley or grated Parmesan. Pairs well with a green salad or garlic bread.
