  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a medium-sized oven-safe dish, placing the block of feta in the center and surrounding it with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes.
  4. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes until the feta is softened and golden brown.
  6. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Combine the baked feta and tomatoes using a fork to create a creamy sauce, then mix in the cooked pasta.
