  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the butternut squash by peeling, halving, and cubing it into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Season the cubed squash with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Roast spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
  6. Garnish with honey, parsley, and Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes
