Pumpkin Apple Cider Dump Cake

  • 1 can of Pumpkin Puree (15 oz)
  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix (15.25 oz)
  • 2 medium Apples (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and apple cider in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer the sliced apples evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Add the pumpkin and apple cider mixture over the sliced apples.
  6. Top with the spice cake mix, spreading it evenly over the mixture.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
  9. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
