Pumpkin Cheesecake Streusel Dump Cake

A deliciously comforting dessert that combines rich pumpkin cheesecake with spiced cake and a crunchy streusel topping.

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Mix cream cheese and pumpkin puree in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add 1 cup of brown sugar to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Include vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice; stir to combine.
  6. Pour the spice cake mix directly over the pumpkin-cheesecake mixture without mixing.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour, and 1/2 cup melted butter until crumbly for the streusel.
  8. Spread the streusel mixture over the cake mix.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are bubbly and the center is set.
  10. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
