This delightful Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake combines creamy cheesecake flavor with juicy strawberries in a simple, stress-free dessert.

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1 can (21 oz) of strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy and creamy.
  3. Layer half of the dry yellow cake mix into the prepared pan, drizzle half of the melted butter on top, and spread the strawberry pie filling evenly.
  4. Add dollops of the cream cheese filling over the pie filling, swirling it lightly with a knife.
  5. Finish by pouring the remaining dry yellow cake mix and drizzling the remaining melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
