  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prep your berries by washing them under cool water and drying gently. Slice the strawberries and set aside.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese in a large bowl with a hand mixer until creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain its airy texture.
  4. Combine the mini marshmallows into the mixture for added chewiness.
  5. Layer the salad in a serving bowl or individual glasses with alternating layers of the cheesecake mixture and mixed berries.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before serving.

Notes
