Blissful Peach Crisp

A delightfully bubbly Peach Crisp filled with sweet peaches and topped with a crunchy oat topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a large bowl and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Mix rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and salt in another bowl until crumbly.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
  6. Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
