Fresh and Zesty Pineapple Salsa

A vibrant and zesty pineapple salsa perfect for tacos, grilled chicken, or just with tortilla chips.

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and minced)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering all necessary items.
  2. Dicing the pineapple, trim off the top and bottom, slice off the skin, and chop into tiny cubes.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and mince the jalapeño pepper.
  4. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
  5. Add lime juice and seasoning and mix gently.
  6. Taste test and adjust flavors as needed.
  7. Chill the salsa for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salsa can be made a day in advance for improved flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
