Pumpkin Blueberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A cozy fall dessert that combines creamy cheesecake, pumpkin sweetness, and juicy blueberries in a fluffy cake.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Blueberry Preserves
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree, blueberry preserves, and softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla cake mix evenly over the top of the pumpkin mixture without stirring.
  5. Melt your butter and drizzle it over the cake mix layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a tablespoon of pumpkin spice to the pumpkin mixture.
