Strawberry Sorbet

A refreshing homemade strawberry sorbet that captures the essence of summer with its sweet and fruity flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them.
  2. Sweeten the mix by placing strawberries in a bowl and sprinkling sugar over them. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add the lemon juice and cold water to the strawberry mixture.
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  5. Chill the blended mixture in a shallow, airtight container in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve by scooping into bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer texture, replace cold water with coconut water. Add mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
