Cool and Refreshing Watermelon Smoothie

A vibrant and hydrating watermelon smoothie blended with strawberries and bananas, perfect for hot summer days.

  • 1 ½ cups fresh watermelon, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Juice and zest of half a lime
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure all your ingredients are prepped and ready to go.
  2. Blend the Watermelon: Add fresh watermelon chunks to your blender and blend for about 20-30 seconds.
  3. Add the Frozen Strawberries and Banana: Include frozen strawberries and banana slices and blend on high for 30-40 seconds.
  4. Mix in Lime Juice and Yogurt: Add lime zest, juice, and vegan yogurt to the blender and blend for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Sweeten to Taste: Pour in maple syrup and blend again to combine.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Pour into glasses and garnish with extra lime zest!

Notes

For thicker consistency, add more frozen fruit or lessen liquid. Perfect for gatherings or refreshing afternoons.
