Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep your watermelon by cutting it into cubes. Remove seeds and tough rind.
  2. Blend the cubed watermelon with lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), and salt until smooth.
  3. Tasting time: Adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again.
  4. Chill the mixture in a freezer-safe container, evenly spread, and cover.
  5. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. Scoop and serve, allowing it to soften slightly for easy scooping.
